NASCAR League

The big boys went to Pocono tonight and had another exciting yet fun race!  Once again iPRO iGhost dominates and wins his 5th consecutive race of the season!  The race was very clean throughout the first half even leading to green flag pit stops with about 15 laps to go.  Once again though iPRO pulls off a victory over Daddym9 who had a strong car and was the only other driver to lead a lap.  Newsavedone has once again as well made an awesome setup with his engineering giving him a good finish. Chad Kanous would be jealous of his engineering abilities in the game showing he can make a 5 star setup anywhere he goes.

We head to Sonoma and Michigan later this week, hopefully bringing more great racing with the fastest track on the circuit (Michigan) and the winding road course in the beautiful wine country of Sonoma California.

Thank God ITS FRIDAY!  Congratulations boys we have made it to the end of the week!  Last night newsavedone was kind enough to run some practice races, at Pocono, Michigan, and Sonoma!  The Pocono races brought some great racing and even some 3-wide sliding through turn 1!  If the practice races are going to be anything like the real race, it looks like theres going to be some great racing, and some torn up race cars by the end of Pocono!  Last night showed many drivers had fast cars but lose cars as well!  RACEFAN94, Pcola, and newsavedone had a 3 wide race into turn 1 sliding around the track, all saved there cars but as they were racing NSF the Reaper slides to the outside lane to pass all 3 cars during the Green White Checkered bringing his 2nd victory of the night!  NSF the Reaper won the two Pocono practice races that RACEFAN94 was in!  Michigan brought some great and fast racing as well showing that next week, everyone is going to need a fast setup if they want to hang in the front at the Manufacturers (Chevy, Ford, Chrysler) hometrack just outside of Detroit at Michigan International Speedway.

Sonoma brought some fun racing with a 3 lap sprint, and cautions on=big wreck in turn 1.  Since cautions were on we went straight to the Green White Checkered and newsavedone flew by everyone by diving into turn 1 hard and getting on the gas as they headed to turns 2 and 3!  Caution waved shortly after and newsavedone went from last to first in just 3 turns! 

Newsavedone has announced that Sonoma will be 22 laps, black flags only(pretty sure about that) meaning we wont have to worry about cautions, or even pitting!

On Monday night were heading to the ridiculous triangle of Pocono Raceway in the Pennsylvania mountains!  Pocono is definetely a unique track with 3 different turns and one hell of a long straightaway!  iPRO iGhost is looking to get his 5th straight win at the funky triangle Monday night!  But everyone else is throwing all they can into there setups to hopefully stop the iPRO iGhost show!  Counting only 263 points separate 2nd and 7th in the point standings and iPRO iGHOST running away with a 213 point lead!  daddym9 is sitting in 2nd in the points with a pretty safe barrier to make it in the chase.  But nothings final until the checkered flag waves during the last race of the regular season!  Dont forget Michigan which is the fastest track on the curcuit is coming up as well next week as with the 1 of the 2 roadcourses, Sonoma will bring a huge challenge and really test us drivers ability to be able to not only turn left, but yes, RIGHT!  The next 3 races can really switch up the point standings and no doubt, bring some great racing!

Another update here is xXDale JR FanXx has announced to Richard Petty Motorsports that he does not plan on racing in the 98 car part time, but RPM is hoping he is like Brett Favre, and will change his mind.  RPM wants to thank him for the great races and wishes him well at school!

Welcome Boys!  This is RACEFAN94 bringing you the latest news here around the league!  I just returned after over a month off, but the league is starting to pick up again.  iPRO iGhost has won his 4th consecutive win of the season last night at Lowes Motor Speedway in NASCARS hometown, Charlotte North Carolina!  The race brought some interesting and controversial wrecks but it seems today most everything has calmed down.  newsavedone and Pcola cRuSaDeRs had two great cars giving iPRO iGhost a run for his money, but both fell short due to some wrecks that affected there cars just enough to give iPRO iGhost the walk away win, continueing his dominating season.  Hendrick motorsports has showed strong cars every race this year and it looks like there keeping it up.  Richard Petty Motorsports has announced that xXDale JR FanXx has resigned from the 9 car due to school approaching shortly.  Rumors are going around that he could be racing in the 98 RPM car part time for the rest of the season.  Another rumor has surfaced that if Pcola cRuSaDeRs could be going to the 9 car if he can get the paint scheme he wants.  Newsavedone so far has showed he has amazing engineering experience building some of the fastest setups on the NASCAR curcuit.  He looks to be continueing his setup building as the league heads to Pocono on Monday!
